At Bike Team, we’ve tried to make our claims process as simple as possible, because it’s stressful enough when your prized possession becomes damaged or stolen. Our claims team are here to help you recover any costs arising from a non fault incident, or to settle as quickly as possible after a theft so you can replace your bike and get back on the road.
If you are involved in any incident, you need to call us, even if you have no intention of making a claim. This is a standard requirement of your insurance policy, and will not only ensure that we have accurate records for you, but will also speed up the processing and settlement of any future claims.

When you call, please have the following information to hand, where applicable:
- Your policy number and personal details
- Date, Time and Location of the incident
- Third party details, such as name and address, vehicle registration and insurer contact details.
- Name and contact details for any witnesses
